Contact Us Maher Khalil Executive Director Internationalpru@aol.com     Article On United States	The American Solidarity Party American Solidarity Party Logo   The International Political and Religious Rights Union brief look at political parties that are running for the United States presidential elections.   The United States is a Multi-party system with each party having its own Ideology, Principals and values which reflects an individual’s beliefs and ideology.   This article is focusing on a rare political party ideology in America.  An ideology of three principals; Christian Democracy, Social conservatism and Economic distributism.   Christian Democracy is a mix of Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox faith and democratic ideas.   Social conservatism is political ideologies preserving traditional beliefs, such as family values and opposition to same-sex marriage.   Economic distributism  was founded by  Pope Leo XIII, it’s ideology is,   ” In Rerum novarum, Leo XIII states that people are likely to work harder and with greater commitment if they themselves possess the land on which they labour, which in turn will benefit them and their families as workers will be able to provide for themselves and their household. He puts forward the idea that when men have the opportunity to possess property and work on it, they will “learn to love the very soil which yields in response to the labor of their hands, not only food to eat, but an abundance of the good things for themselves and those that are dear to them.” He states also that owning property is not only beneficial for a person and their family, but is in fact a right, due to God having “...given the earth for the use and enjoyment of the whole human race”   The American Solidarity Party is inspired by Roman Catholic social teaching. The only political party in the United States that is based on Roman Catholic social teaching.   These are their platform on their http://www.solidarity-party.org/ website:   “These are the three principles that guide the American Solidarity Party, the only active Christian Democratic party in the United States. We seek to promote the common good and the material and spiritual welfare of all people, thereby raising consciousness of the Christian worldview. To share his vision of the future Egypt and it’s Revolution.  The Constitution, Revolution and Politics           Since the period is not short, I tried to write a lot with respect to the third element of the state in Egypt. There is no light in the ideology of this party. This Party denies a Coptic to run for President. Here is an article in Bikyamasr. Egypt’s al-Nour Salafists say no to Coptic president Manar Ammar | 3 January 2012 CAIRO: Egypt’s al-Nour ultra-conservative political party announced that a Coptic Christian cannot become president of Egypt and that Egyptian society “will not accept a Christian president.” The puritan party’s spokesman wrote a statement published on the party’s website aiming to clear the controversy after Egypt’s al-Akhbar state-run newspaper published an interview with spokesman Mohamed Nour on December 31 in which he said that “the Egyptian society is not fit to accept a Coptic president.” The spokesman said that after going back to the leaders in the party it was agreed on that Egypt “will not accept a Christian president.” The Islamic political party was founded after the Egyptian uprising of January 2011 and has come in second place in the country’s first parliamentary elections following the revolution. “We see that the interpretation of the second band in the Egyptian Constitution which states Islam as the ‘official religion’ of the country, which automatically states that the president be a Muslim,” read the statement. “The party will make sure that the next Constitution directly states that,” the party’s website said. The statement added that many European countries with ancient democratic practices specifies the religion, and even the sect of the president, such as Greece and Spain and the “unwritten Constitution of the UK.” The spokesman also said the party doesn’t accept, under any circumstances, a civil state and wants a religious state built on Sharia, or Islamic law, as it is explained by scholars. “The Salafist movement completely refuses the notion of a civil or secular state and we want a state built on Islamic principals,” said the spokesman. This proves that the Al Nour Party does not recognize the Coptic minority as equal citizen. They confiscated the Copts of this fundamental right for being a non-Muslim. SAY NO TO MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD IN EGYPT

The Egyptian protesters are demanding religious, political freedom and economic reform.  Not a Religious fundamental system.

The Muslim Brotherhood is a fundamental Islamic group that would like to establish an Islamic Nation, their agenda is to Restore the Islamic principles, and a return to the Quran and Islamic virtue…the reform of morals, education, economic projects, and the creation of a Muslim state. Islam in their minds is the blueprint for a total modern society and presented itself as an ideological and political alternative to liberalism and communism. But what will happen to the Religious minority in Egypt, such as Coptic Orthodox Church of Alexandria, Evangelical Church of Egypt, and other religious institutions. Where then it will be a religious freedom when it is dominated by Islamic political and government extreme. 

The Egyptian protesters are demanding religious, political freedom and economic reform. Not a conflict with Israel or the west. If the Brotherhood takes control, it will support Hamas against Israel and in contradiction of the Camp David Accords.

The Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas share simply Ideology, System, Structure and the Islamic extremist agenda. 

We the INTERNATIONAL POLITICAL AND RELIGIOUS RIGHTS UNION would like to see a lasting peace with Israel and religious, political freedom and economic reform in Egypt.
